Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Since you joined SM prior to 14 January 2010 and have a reputation of 107, you can control up to 3 clubs without being a Gold member. This means that once your Gold membership expires, you will lose all clubs except the first 3 on your list on your homepage. Note that you will lose all clubs within Gold Championship Game Worlds even if they are the first 3 on your list.
